Work doesn't begin on your request until payment is received in full (NO
EXCEPTIONS). Once you submit your request, I will send you a paypal (secure
credit card transactions) invoice to the email address provided. Once I receive
confirmation that the request has been paid for I will begin working on that request

I wanted to re-iterate that I am in no way affiliated with Mcfarlane toys or the NFL, NBA

ORDER FORM
CHRISTMAS ORDERING: Since everyone wants their gifts by
the same deadline I need any order that is to be delivered by
Xmas requested and paid for by NOV. 10TH to ensure delivery
by Xmas. Any request received after that date will be charged
a minimum of $25 (expedited fee) depending on how close it
is too Xmas.
Custom decals: included in your order are "only" the decals necessary to
make your figure complete i.e. (Name, numbers and team logo's) anything
outside of that ($10 custom shoes/cleats/skates, $5 tattoos, $10 custom
football, $10 basketball, $10 hockey stick, etc all would be extra. As would
adding certain features to your custom figure such as: $5 wristbands, $5
forearm sleeves, $10 knee sleeves/braces, $15 baseball sunglasses, $15
changing the facemask (football)etc... If you have any questions feel free
